Returns & Exchanges

If you need to request a Return or Exchange, please make sure you read our Returns Policy below. Please check ordered products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. All items must be in their original sale condition and any items found to be worn, damaged or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.


Exchanges

Through our returns portal you can choose to exchange any product for another size if it’s available. Should the new size be sold out, you can choose to swap the item for store credit to purchase something else in the future or receive a full refund.


Refunds & Store Credit

We are very proud to offer free returns for refunds and store credit within 30 days of your order being placed online. We’re very proud of our product and have nothing to hide. So, if for some reason you’d like to return the item, you can do this for FREE.

If you wish to request a return for refund or store credit online, all you need to do is head to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to return the items to us.

You must include these details with your return so that the warehouse team can process the return for you.

  • Return Instructions


Our team will process the refund as soon as the returned items are received by the warehouse.


Returns For Damaged Items

Should your items unfortunately arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within 1 working day of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@clubbysportswear.com
